Impact of compulsory retirement under 56j on disciplinary proceeding

I have been compulsorly retired in public intrest by govt of indiaa during continuation ofsuspension under rule 56j of pension rule. Can they hold my gratituty commuted pension etc and still issue chargesheet under rule 9 of pension rule
if the concern authority has retired to you by following due process of procedure ,then they have clear YOUR dues without any delay. they can not hold your gratuity payment till issue the chargesheet as per principles of the natural justice . they cannot give the dual punishments as per the settle position of law.you can approach to cat tribunal.in the present situation the cant right to hold the gratuity payment.
