I'm fixed salaried person but company force me to complete targets.

Dear Sir, I am working in a two wheeler finance company... I am a fixed salaried person and my contract period is 1 year.. During the joining Company did not tell me any term and conditions and no any agreement signed between us... But after 2 months they update a 'Employment Contract' on my online attendance Profile... My signature not present on it... Now issue is that company gives me monthly targets to complete and says that if i will not complete target then they will Terminate me... I am very confused about my job... Plz gives me correct solution that what i should do if they terminate me.

You will have to file a complaint in the jurisdictional labour court for the same.
As there is no employment contract for the same, you are not required by law to complete the same. Also, if the said employer terminates you for the said cause it will be termed as illegal termination. Your employment in the private sector is governed by your employment agreement. In case of wrongful termination by your company you cannot claim your job back but you can claim for compensation. You can start by sending a legal notice through a lawyer and claim for compensation. If the company fails to respond to the legal notice then you can file a civil suit for recovery of your dues and compensation.
