Illigal termination and saalry cut during lockdown

This is on behalf of my friend who doesn't want to disclose his/her identity. There are audit firms that are doing heavy salary cuts and illegal termination of employees giving them mental stress. The company is providing any salary slips and cutting almost 75-80% of salaries. HR department and employer management don't listen to employee.
Hi.. Can you please tell your friend to share his/her employment agreement with us so that we can see strength in the case.. If the salary deductions are in an illegitimate manner, then you can take legal course..
