Illegitimate termination of services and harassment at workplace

Which court addresses the case of illegitimate termination from services? What preparation should the complainant do to help the lawyer/case, esp to get reinstated in the organization & get compensation. How can case of harassment at workplace, including sexual harassment, unfair treatment & conspiracy for illegitimate termination be addressed alongside, especially when the complainant is outside the organization due to illegitimate termination?
This case would have to be filed in a civil court i.e. either district court or high court depending on the quantum of the compensation being sought. All allegations of harassment, unlawful termination and unfair treatment can be taken up in a single suit.
