Illegal termination without even a single day notice with false ground

I joined an NBFC on 18th June'18 as Head-HR. The management on the mails defended the accused of sexual harassment and instructed me not to form POSH committee. The victims were harassed by management also and filed a complaint with NCW, now they have started the illegal termination and i was sent a termination letter yesterday without even a single day's notice or compensation, mentioning all the false grounds to which i replied immediately. Now what should i do, i have all the emails and documents against them proving their wrong doings.
Hi first of all u can show the court all the proof and all the papers Which say this had happened wiht u and all why did they do that u without notice and all u can tell the court that the termination letter Was Send with out being single day u have the right to take them to court and all file a case against them and ask for compensation
