Illegal termination without any notice What can I do

What can I do I have filled case against them in labour court after that they called me sending a letter to join me duty within 24 hour after 5 months and gave me suspension letter and forced me to sign and now their are coming to my house to give me chartsheet that can I do
It is not possible. The employer has to follow the due process of law.For workers and employees the law is strict and they can go to labour Court.For supervisory persons they will have to go to Civil Court.The maxim "wherever there is a right there will be a remedy " will strictly apply.
Before termination of any employees that employer must give an opportunities to the employee under the right to a fair hearing (audi alteram partem, or "hear the other side") of the priniples of Natural Justice which is confirmed and guaranteed under the Law.
