Illegal Termination, No FnF, No Form-16 & No Gratuity

I have worked for a company 8.5 years & resigned because my work from home request was declined amid Covid. I was serving my 2 months notice but company terminated me 18 days before completing my notice. Now they are not giving me 18 days salary, Form-16 & gratuity after multiple follow ups. I have posted my story, about the company & CA firm who is handling their business on LinkedIn. CA firm sent me a notice that it’s illegal to mention their name on social media. I would like to know what I did wrong? If I have done wrong then how to fix it?
