Illegal termination from service

My age is 51. I have been working since 1993. However I was terminated in October 2020. I have appealed to the higher management for a review and claimed a compensation. Can I get legal help.
what ground the company terminated you ?
If the company terminated you without any cause then you can file case before the Labor Court or you can file case before the Civil Court. but without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.

Cause of termination is not known
please explain why have you been terminated . Was there any disciplinary action ? It's not clear about the cause of action . But after servicing for so many years to an organization one has every right to fight back
