Illegal Termination for Me and My wife by company what can be done

We were working in a real estate company and suddenly on few day back. We have received a Notice of Termination stating that we have both working against the company's interest and within 7 days stating that we are not desired in the company. I was working as General Manager & my wife as HR & Admin Manager. We have been interviewed and brought here from other stated by family Friend who is presently the Director of the company. Her father has the business and asked us to help them as the company was in lot many problem and her father was unable to handle. Initially they were treating us well and after sometime when things were getting better they started misbehaving and harass us professionally and used to abuse in-front of all without reason. We both are salaried and suddenly without reason if we are terminated and don't know where to go or what to do. We tried reaching them through out but they are still not responding.
