Illegal termination by the company without any reason

I was asked to put down papers during my appraisal cycle. I was one of the top performers of the team and my manager said i lack company principles , so i need to resign and was asked not to come from the next day. I was offered a garden leave of 30 days. But I think this is not the right way to treat an employee who has put 1 year of his hardwork and want to teach them a lesson.Hence I didnot resign inspite of their pressure. What options do I have now? I was asked to resign the very next day i..e not even given a warning or chance. I do not have a single complaint against me in the company

We need to look into the terms of your employment contract before stating anything on the options which you might have at this point of time. Having said this, the company cannot terminate you without giving due notice unless you are in the probation period.
