Illegal Termination by company what can I do

I got terminated by EXL BPO Noida. Summary mentioned below:- Re-Join: 18-2-2016 (First time Joining: 4-4-2007 - 22-10-2010 [4 years experience]) Terminated: 27-7-2016 Notice Period: No [both side] Police complaint: 27-7-2016 PCR Visit at Premise: 29-7-2016 Demand Notice by my side: 31-7-2016 Reply in terms of letter send by HR for joining duties: 10-8-2016 Last date meet HR: 18-8-2016 [Verbally terminate] Termination Letter received at home address: 19-8-2016 and account pay salary Proper notice send: 20-8-216 Management refused and case forwarded to labor court sec-53 ------------- Probation period mentioned on appointment letter with salary structure: No Reason of Termination: Word "Probation". (Mentioned on letter by HR duly signed) I need your suggestion regarding this case. Please do the needful.

You can file a writ in the High court asking for reinstatement as you have been illegally terminated and alongwith you can file a suit for damages for loss of employment in the concerned civil court.

You can also file a case in the Central Administrative Tribunal regarding the same issue


Now regarding your second query,
NGT stands for National Green Tribunal, form your query the reason for approaching the NGT is not clear.
