Illegal termination and not giving my dues

I was terminated without prior notice and not giving dues apart from this threaten me beating me, misbehaving. What action should I take. Plz advice
If there is any criminal intimidation then you should immediately file a police complaint. You have to initiate a legal action for recovery of your legitimate dues with respect to your salary and other dues. Further you can file a Suit for illegal termination and claim reinstatement and damages
