If i resign from my job is it compulsory to serve notice period or pay for it?
Yes you will be required to abide by the terms of your employment contract. You may however challenge them on certain grounds if the provisions are unreasonable.
If you refuse to serve the notice period and repay the bond then the company my proceed against you. This is when you will need to challenge the contract.
