If category candidate clear general cutoff which category does it fall

Hello sir/mam I want to ask if a category candidate clears general cut off as well,Will he be counted under general category or reserved category(Specifically for Freedom Fighter category).
Any person belonging to any category except for general category clears the cut off for the general category, he shall be included in the general category and not the one he really belongs to. this is a settled practice.

By virtue of your marks in exam if you fall in general pool and find place in general category u will consume the seat ment for general pool irrespective of your category. And it is even not optional. You will be considered in general by the recruiter itself without asking for your choice to opt the category
