I worked in company for 2 months. They are not giving salary. Advise.

I was working in a company.for 2 months but they haven't paid me for that .my recruiter is telling me that they are waiting for PO but according to the team leader where i was working everything is clear from their side .what should i do now
You can take legal action against the company to recover the amount provided that you followed the due procedure with respect to severance as laid down under the agreement that you signed with the company at the time of joining. You can file either a recovery suit or approach the Labour Court. You may also pursue a complaint against the company and its directors.
