I wish to take legal advice on wrong fact typed or typing mistakes

sir/madam, before some time i was filed a writ petion in the High Court but it was mistyped and the fact went wrong. kindly suggest some solution of it.
In such case file a fresh Affidavit amending all the mistakes you made in the writ petition. Also mention these mistakes were only typographical in nature & there is no change in the actual facts or circumstances you has affirmed as correct to best of your knowledge or as informed to you in your previous affidavit. As far any amendment in the pleadings i.e. main Writ petition can be brought about by filling an application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code, which the said High Court will allow you are it is only a typographical mistake.
