I was put on Furlough and then Terminated

Hi, I live in Noida. I lost my Job during Covid and my employer first out me on furlough till July and then sent me notice for not to continue without giving any notice period. My salary is 18,000 Rs. What should we do?
They claim that Many labour law has been relaxed by Chief minister in UP during Lockdown for next 3 years and hence we do not need to give Notice period or salary of the furlough period.
