I was asked to resign forcefully in lockdown period

Hi sir/Ma'am,
I was forcefully asked to resign from my employer i.e. vedantu innovations pvt ltd for which i have the recordings and chats. The reason they said was performance issue for which i was not even given chance to perform and tortured me for resignation from my TL and City Head. What should i do in this case? Please suggest.
This is my response to you:
1. Firstly issue notice for wrongful termination;
2. Try to seek severance pay as well as compensation;
3. State more facts of your case;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps
