i quit my job without any notice.... what kind of legal action company takes to me and if i pay the salary according to contract....kya fir b bo legal action lege

As per section74 of the Contract Act 1872 Compensation of breach of contract. Where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken, if the sum is mentioned in the Contract the amount be paid in case of such breach or if the Contract contains any other stipulations by way of penalty the party complaining of breach is entitled. It is as per the bond if bond is valid company can go to the court.
