I need help I am mentally harassed

I need help.
I work in a gurugram based startup for more than 1 years, I didn't sign any type of employment contract with them. I don't have any asset of the company and already completed all the assigned tasks. But still they're forcing me to serve 45 days of notice period. Not even this they're not paying my last month salary.
I am mentally harrassed.
Please tell what I do???
Hello if you have been given appointment letter you are governed by the terms and conditions mentioned there including about notice period but if you are not given any appointment letter you can give resignation and handover company belongings. Regarding harassment you can send a legal notice to your employer
