I have resigned and was accepted by the HR problem with f&f

Hi,
I have worked in an MNC from 15th April 2019 and the company has not paid salary in time from January 2020 the management has requested to support the organisation so we did it and said the issue will be resolved in mind 2 months but it has not been resolved till August 2020. So in July my hr manager asked me to leave the company if I get better opportunity so I did it by resigned on 21 July and requested to consider the last date as 21st July itself and the HR accepted it. Now when I ask. For f&f they have deducted money from my f&f for not complete notice period so kindly advise me what to do
Firstly share ur agreement which you entered into at time of joining the company based on the clauses mentioned therein we can guide you without seeing documents its difficult to guide further feel free to consult me if you need further clarity on this issue
