I have received summon from women cell What can I do

hi i am a dentist there was a doctor working at my clinic. she took leave for a few days but demanding full salary. i gave full salary. after she left the job i asked her to work for 3 days and in return i will pay 6000. after i came back she called for salary but was using bad language so i said i wont give salary . today i received call from mahila ayog and they are sending a saman for this stupid reason. what should i do? do i really need to go to the mahila ayog office?
Yes. Going to the Mahila Ayog Office is necessary, otherwise they'll issue Warrants against you. However, you can go there and state your facts, whereby the inquiry officer will either dismiss the complaint of the doctor, or, will call for more evidence. But do go there to state actual facts.

you should write a formal letter to the mahila ayog office stating the reason. it should be a well drafted letter stating the fact that she is harassing you. You can also look for the possibility of filing a criminal complaint against her.
