I have doubt in joining process, can I have stay in the proceeding ?

There is any provision for hold the joining process between the proceedings of the case against the SSC, for the wrong checking of skill test. If joining letters have dispatched or the candidates have joined the job.
You will have to file a petition in central administrative tribunal challenging the examination results of which you are aggrieved. You can ask for a stay in the same petition, however, detailed advice can only be given based on particular facts of your case.

If you have proofs on paper to prove that the joining process of any of the SSC exam is rigged or someone has been recruited or selected without having any merit for such post then you can always challenge that examination or the recruitment of such person in individual otherwise not.
