I have been in teaching profession for 20 years still no increment.

15-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
A primary school teacher by profession, completed 18 years and 20 years of service in the year 2011 and 2013 respectively. Documents have been submitted in the school inspector's office for the increment. But the officials are not doing anything about it. They are saying that you will get the estimated amount after your retirement. they are continuously harassing me. What kind of legal step should i take to solve this problem and get my hard earned money?

MY OPINION THAT you have absolute legal discretion to get your demand on increment and accordingly you legally claim for that ,because you have already spent 18/20 years of your school service life with your clean approach ,so in first phase you have right to establish your legal demand & as well as you can move before competent forum for your legal demand, contact with me.
