I have a Full & Final Settlement related Query

15-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi Team I resigned from my current employer, and was willing to serve complete 2 months notice period. But they informed that they'll be relieving me early as they have found a replacement. My query is that as per my understanding they should pay me for 2 months as they are asking me to leave, but in my case they are paying me only for 1 month. On being asked about this, they've very firmly said that we are waiving off your notice period. Please guide what shall i do?

Dear
Please see you have given a resignation letter to your employer with notice period of 2 months. They have accepted your resignation after one month time period and given one month salary. Dear as per contract you have given the notice before two months. So as per law of contract you are liable to serve for two months if they are waiving off your time period they are liable o pay two months salary.
