woking in Noida from 1st May 2004 to till date. 2 days back my HR told my Manager to ask me to leave the company we had a process of appraisal process this year appraisal done my Line manager had given me the rating 5 which is satisfactory and gud ... but my Managers manager had given the rating 8 that says that it is below 80% (The manager had not even discussed the matter with my manager who had given the rating 5 and whome i report In my carrer i never even had the word with my Line of business nor the same is discussed with me face to face. HR Threatening the Employee to Leave the JOb
While working with a private company its difficult to take a legal action, so we suggest that try to resolve the issue amicably.
