How to shorten my notice period in pvt company as my wife is pregnant

Hi I am an employee at capgemini Noida. we have a 3 months notice i have already completed 45 days of my notice. My wife is 8 month pregnant and i am unable to arrange a care keeper . as we are a micro family. the company is not releasing me early. please advice

in any case you map the salary in lieu of notice and proceed ahead. This seems to be the only way out. So you should pay them your salary in lieu of the notice period. In case you choose to just leave one, without tendering Capgemini any written info, you may initiate a lawsuit against you for breach of contract after claiming from you the salary in lieu of notice period via a legal notice.
