How to send a judgement of HC to the Plaintiff

25-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My brother filed a Writ petition against his employer against dismissal order. The judgement was delivered directing to submit a request to the employer within a month's time from date of receipt of order. The employer should dispose the request of the employee within three months of receipt. But my brother did not receive the judgement from High Court Registry. Also the advocate did not intimate. After six months the news of judgement was known through some friends and after that my brother wrote to the employer . The employer did not respond. Please help us.

Send the copy of judgement to the employer. Also you need to file an application before the court which passed directions stating that the judgement has not been complied to.

Even if your brother did not get the judgement, other party must have got it and must have to comply to it.

I'm afraid that you were not diligent enough to pursue your case, since receiving the judgment is not a big deal. Further, from what I understand, you were asked by the court to submit a representation in one month, which you did not do.
Now, at a belated stage, you must prepare your case as to why was there a delay on your part. After sending a representation to the employer, after three months, if there is no response, you can file another writ petition.
