Our problem is out of 220 employees only 3 people are claimant and list of rest of the employees name is attached in the case. These 3 claimant wants to remove the names of few including me and my colleges from the list off 220 and appeal in supreme court. What can be done in that case by us...as relief will be given to those whose names are given by the claimants only? please guide

On a normal course a relief from the court is granted to those who approach the court else not. On a different note of someone is contesting the case for all of you and you being not an active person in that case then definitely the one who is contesting the case would like others name to get dropped off the list.
Now coming to your point what will happen if your name is dropped from the list. You will not be entitled for any relief from that case. However you can bring up a seperate suit for relief based on the case which is currently active before the court and the court will grant you the relief which you want it from this case in the suit which you have brought upon before them.

Facts of your case are not particularly clear, however, you can seek stay from Supreme Court with respect to the Applicant who want such stay alone without having to make all the 220 employees a party.

It is not clear if you are party to the suit If your name appears in memo of parties you are entitled to benefit of court order. If not file a petition for impleadment. In case the HC order is unfavourable you may file a Civil Appeal or SLP in SC
