How to resign company before notice period of 3 months to join another

I am working in one of MNC at Bangalore, I am from Maharashtra but I don't suit food and environment of Bangalore. I got an opportunity at my own state but they wanted to join me as in 2 months but the notice period is of 3 month. I already gone through a one stomach surgery due to food n environment issue. What I can do now?
