How to recover unpaid saalry from company

Dear Sir I have worked for a company in Gurgaon.I have not got a salary from the company.As My contract with the company was over also.As After the contract with company was over the company has not given me my salary.I have registerd case in Labour Court Haryana.The Labour Court is not doing anything against the company also till now
