How to recover salary from the college

I Was working in Vidya bharathi Institute of Technology Pembarthi Jangoan Telangana affiliated to JNTUH private engineer college since 23/10/2017 and they relieved on 08/09/2017 but they are not giving my two months salary which was deposited on 22/11/2011 as caution money for certificates how and where file complaint against college management
For unpaid salary, approach the Labour Commissioner who will help re-concile this matter with the company. If no solution is reached, the Commissioner will hand over the matter to the Court, whereby the employee can make an application to the Labour Court under Section 33 (C) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947.
