How to recover salary from a company

Dear Sir/Madam I want to say that I have not got a Salary from a Company in Gurgaon.I have registered a complaint in Labour Court but nothing has been done.Thanks With Best Regards Puneet Pal Singh
File case before labour court under section 33C of ID act this is the suitable remady available with u . Company can not stop payment of salary without any cause if u file case under section 33 c ur due salary will immediately be directed to be paid at the end of comlany after the intervention of labour court
