How to recover money from ex employer

i was working in a company as a labour contractor they paid some part of the bill and rest are not clear, at present my economic status is very poor unable to move the case in the court.plz advice me what to do.
If you are not in position to go before the court then you can move a representation (application) before the state government through secretary labour department as well as labour commissioner and to make aware him about your problem and also make complain on CM help line of the state he will here you and will take the decision.

If you are not able to move to court atleast go to your nearset police station and register a FIR against your contractor and as well you can also inform to your labour commissioner these all thing need not required much money
