How to recover dues from my ex company

i am working for a pharma company since 0ct15 i am not paid my salary and expenses from feb 2016/ and exp from dec 2015 how to recover this i not resigned from the company still in payrolls
You can request the HR department of the company regarding your unpaid salary. If your company does not reply to your request then you can take legal action.
