How to recover dues from false company
21-Nov-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked as a camp manager in a road construction company on a promised salary of rupees 40,000 but never got the actual salary paid, and now after working for almost three years, I came to know a false company was being run by the parent company. I had to finally leave the job. What can I do in this case to get the dues and claim compensation?
You should write a formal letter to the HR of that company in relation to your salary despite knowing that it is running in forged documents. If that do not helps you then write it to the company director. Then send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement. If they still refuse to honour your request then lodge a police complaint of forgery in against them on the basis of these communication and then you will be able to get your dues.
