How to receive full and final compensation from company

Resigned, served notice period, relieved from duties on 5th march'17, recieved F&F in april through mail, gave time of approx 90days to disburse payment, have mailed reminders to give me a date of disbursal, did not get any and on top the President of organization replies lastly to wait as its in accounting queue and will be informed else keep sending mail. That was President of organizations language on mail. Kindly advice/suggest/guide. I am in east delhi office is in gurgaon.
You can send your company legal notice through lawyer to disburse payment, required at their end. You have all necessary documents and proofs to support your case including email conversation. You can also pray to court for compensation for the harassment you have been made to go through by the company.

What kind of organization were u working in? Govt. or pvt.?
Serve a legal notice through an advocate on the President of the organization and wait for their reply. If still they do not revert kindly initiate legal proceeding before Labour Court. Kindly consult a lawyer.

With the kind of mail you have received I would suggest to to wait for at least till second week of July 2017. If you do not get to hear anything from them then immediately send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement as per the employment agreement and the mail which you have received in last April, 2017.
If that do not helps your case then drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction for the above case.
