How to postpone my transfer orders if transferred before tenure

I am in inspector of Post cadre in department of post under West Bengal Circle.i am now posted in Nadia district since nine month.formerly I was in remote area of sunderban about 2 years.After several times prayer and request to Pmg finally he transferred me after 2 years from that remote area to near by my home town.but my new present Supdtt of Post made false allegation against me to Pmg office that I am not sincere on work and not work properly.now from Pmg office a Siniour officer talk with me over telephone and fear me that he will transfer me again a remote area.i have a little son of 6 month and my wife health is not so good and through out the year she is suffering in diseases and she is very weak.so my question is if Pmg transferred me on the basis of Supdtt report if there is any merit of the case so that I can get relief and postponed transferred order.
