You need to sit along with their HR across the table and to discuss your departure from the organization.
You have negotiate on the terms of your severence, your payment, your full and final settlement, your experience letter and your payment of the notice period which you would have to serve in normal situations before you could have left the company or the Company could have asked you to leave.

You can e_mail to your company in every day if they not respond then you can contact me. Had your company give you one month prior notice for resignation/termination? I will recover your entire dues. Feel free to contact me.

You can approach to court if law and get it and if any dues like, gratuity, salary, PF etc., can also file a suit and send them legal notice through court and get back your all legal dues. Consult and get further legal action.

For that purpose you will have to file a civil suit demanding the full and final settlement. First you will have to engage a lawyer and send a legal notice to your employer, if your employer still denies to pay the same then you can file a civil suit in a competent court

Firstly a legal notice should be sent to them and then a Civil Suit for Breach of Contract and Recovery of Money should ideally be filed.
What is the ideal route to go ahead, depends upon other circumstances and facts. For example you have not mentioned the amount due, employee agreement (if any), notice period (whether served), documentation you have, etc.

Hi
In this regard u will let me know the amount pending in detail towards company. U have to give me references of emails or any other communications u made with company in this regard. Later on we will send legal notice to company followed by a case in competent court.
All the very best
