How to initiate case against a previous employer for not giving salary

I used to work in a small company Registered under the name Essentrix Technologies Pvt Ltd. they have not given me my three months salary quoting financial issues but they still doing business. They are not answering my calls.
Please take note of following -
1. You need to send them a legal notice asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the employment agreement which you have with yourself and your previous organization.
2. If they refuse to honour the legal notice then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction as per your employment contract.

you will have to serve them with a legal notice first. Depending on the nature of your work, you can either file a complaint under Industrial Disputes Act before the Labour Commissioner or file a suit for recovery of dues.
