How to handle when online company blaming for monetary loss

Online form filling job company has filed a case against me for not completing task on time so they get money loss to their clients and now asking for fine of 60000rs sir how can I solve this problem and what if I will be unable to pay the charges?

In this we have to see the contract and terms which they have declared while filling the form and if it’s clearly mentioned that If the task is not completed on time and is signed by you or agreed upon by you then if loss is met to them then you may have to pay the losses borne by them.Further, share the agreement for more clarity.
