How to get NOC when resigning before the bond period ends

I went for a abroad training through my company and I signed 3year bond worth of 4 lacs rupees and I served 2 years in my company and I want to resign. What i have to do for taking Noc?
Do consult an advocate with the entire bond terms.. without that it is not possible to suggest... ideally the amount is required to be paid if one leaves early... proceed with caution and with good advise...
