How to get my unpaid salary & other dues after resigning

I was a Manager Sourcing.in a private garment export co.The material which was in transit about to receive on the next day, still CEO shouted in a very rude manner for not in housing the goods before.I was very upset/ disturbed,pushed to resign. Hence after completing all the works, sent an email informing my resignation & left. Now they are not paying the salary due for worked days & the arrears which is also due. They are cooking a story of wrong ordering as done by me & deducting all. I sent 4mails for wrong order details, but no reply. I want to claim all including the job loss.pls advise
