How to get Full Salary Recovery from previous employer

I have worked with a recruitment consultancy for 1.5 months and then resigned as the job was not fit for my profile. Now the company literally forced me to write down my resignation mentioning that I wont be able to serve my notice period,so that they can deduct my basic Rs.10,000 though im ready to serve my notice,which they are not allowing me to do.Now they are saying i have to accept this.Please advise, can i send them a legal notice or how can i recover my full salary?
MY OPINION THAT i read out your problem and suggest that you have many ways to demand your legitimate salary and have legal action / actions for that , you should have demand and established your legitimate claim for stipulated period, contact with me.
