How to get full and final settlement from my ex company

My company has absconded me. i want to get full & final and EPF from my company.
This is something weird. Normally we see the opposite happening in between the employer and the employee. Anyway you need to send them a legal notice and thereafter you are required to follow further due procedure of law to resolve this situation.
