How to get full and final payment from employer immediatly

Actually my employer has verbally terminated me from the job and they promised to clear my salary when everyone salary be cleared but when i reached office for full n final they have handed over me the post dated cheque that is after 50 days. And when i object they have cancelled the cheque. So now how i can get my salary on immediate basis?
Send them a legal notice for unlawful termination.
If you are employee on roll, then you cannot be terminated without any reason.
You must send them email and then a legal notice demanding salary and future salary of one month.

That unless you are terminated on paper, you are still employed and keep working.. The moment they terminate you and in case the company fail to clear your dues including your salary , you should send them a legal notice through an advocate for illegal termination, outstanding salary, other dues and damages.

U have to send legal notice , if he still do not clear ur salary than I have to file case to recover of salary with intrest. U can also challange for termination . Fix a meeting with all documents so that proper advice should be given
