How to file case against Mphasis Ltd. (1,00,000/ bond payment) ?

My name is Shubham Tharwani I am a software developer, currently living in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. I worked in Mphasis Ltd. after finishing my B.TECH Graduation. They have a bond of 1,00,000/- rupees for 2 years but I failed to serve in organization for 2 years. So they forced me to pay 1,00,000/- rupees they give unbearable Mental and emotional harassment like any thing. I gave my resignation when I was In bond period (less then 2 years in organization ) so they did not gave me salary for 2 months. I gave resignation on 18 July,2019 and left 23 Aug, 2019 (last month).
I need service letter/ Experience letter to join other company without that I can not join any other company and I could be unemployed. so some how I managed and paid the bond amount. I waited for full and final settlement (To get Experience letter) today I got my experience and now I am free to take legal action against organization mean while I am also planing to inform the Mphasis Ltd. that I am taking legal act
you can proceed legally against your previous company probably you can send notice initially through your advocate time to reply within 10 days if they are not replying in 10 days you can go ahead by filing a complaint before the Labour Commissioner or industrial tribunal. please call me for more information
