06-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Respected Sir, Subject: MA (Hindi) based on Age Criterion from KSOU Mysore. My name is . I have Completed my MA(Hindi) (without BA Degree—based on age criterion ) from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) in the year 2007.My Reg No was 33512. At that time the admission was made through Direct Mode which the university calls as Self Instruction Mode (SIM scheme ).I am trying to take admission for BEd Course from the last 10 years, without which I cannot go for a teaching job.All BEd colleges are rejecting my admission because of my Direct MA degree. Recently that is before one month I came to know that in 2005 a national newspaper had published a news by the heading UGC has informed KSOU to stop admission for MA course on age criterion. I want to file a complaint against KSOU in Court for Compensation.

You can file a case against the Karnataka State Open University for cheating and fraud. if they have awarded you the degree as well for your masters post 2005 then the degree stands void as it has no authenticity. there must be other students as well you have completed the course with you and facing the same problem you all can approach the court and file for compensation and cheating case against the university.
