I worked with TCS. Login timings: 3:30 A.M (midnight) Unable to cope up. requested for the process change. TCS fired me inspite of vacancies in diff. process.
Your company can not fire you in this way they have to follow the proper guidelines of the HR Manual designed by the company, and as per the manual and law if feasible in the guidelines of HR Manual then also they have to ask for a notice
