How to dissolve online signed agreement legally

I have signed on agreement on Rs.20 stamp duty for onlibe form filling work, work is not done by be their stipulated time. they are sending leagal notice, can any one advise how to settle that amount by leagal dept?
you need to respond back to the legal notice which are being sent to you, you can also check your agreement and there should be clauses for revoking the agreement in case of work not done/ late work. You can also sit across the table and settle the matter or go for mediation.
